Coping With School Violence

Friday's tragedy in Connecticut has left many of us asking how to respond to such a situation and how we can keep our own communities safe. At a time like this, when words fail to express the magnitude of emotion surrounding the events at Sandy Hook Elementary, we just want to remind you that Teen Health & Wellness can help. Use the resource to help frame discussions and give vocabulary to grief, loss, and confusion. The articles and personal stories are a way to help create a common language and perhaps lend some comfort. Teen Health & Wellness is a resource you can turn to. Let us know if/how we can provide any guidance.

End-of-Year Budgeting & Money Management

Holiday season can be one of the most fiscally draining times of the year, but it doesn't have to be! A little bit of budgeting can go a long way as you're buying gifts, attending parties, and planning a great New Year's Eve.

Teen Health & Wellness can help with its articles on Budgeting and Money Management. Share these articles with teens and help them create their own budgets. Financial planning can help teens get through December comfortable and get a head start for a responsible new year.
